Ahead of the 2019 US Championship Cheese Contest, the 3C team coordinated a video interview with the Associated Press and V&V Supremo to discuss the rise and trend of Latin American Melting Cheese. AP interviewed one of V&V Supremo’s owners and also toured the company’s Wisconsin plant to capture the cheese-making process.
